Privacy Policy

What we store

Only what you enter into the app:

• Your account details: name, email, and an optional phone number. Your password is stored only as a secure hash — we can't read it.
• The content you create: your bikes, suspension setups and their history, and your AI tuner conversations.

That's the whole list. It lives in our database and is used for exactly one thing: showing your stuff back to you.

What we don't do

• No analytics or tracking of your activity.
• No advertising, and no ad or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.
• No selling, renting, or trading your information. Ever, to anyone.
• No profiling and no combining your data with other sources.

The AI tuner

When you ask the AI tuner a question, your message and your bike's current setup are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. That's the only thing the data is used for. Conversations you archive are permanently deleted after four weeks; conversations you delete are deleted immediately.

Where it lives

The database runs on our own server. We use standard security measures — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and rate limiting — but no internet service can promise perfect security.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. no email required, no waiting period. This immediately deletes your AI conversations and leaderboard entries and permanently anonymizes your account details. If you want anything else removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes and contact

If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say so in the app. Questions or requests: marinojoey@pm.me.
